Delivery information

This page supplements the delivery section of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery charges

• Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more.
• Orders under £100: £4.95 per order. The charge is per order, not per item, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Free A4 samples are delivered free (up to 10 samples per order).

Dispatch times

Every roll and made-to-measure panel is printed to order. Orders are dispatched in 3–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Checkout will only accept a UK delivery address.

Before you hang

When your order arrives, please check every roll or panel straight away: that the design, colourway and paper are what you ordered, that all rolls in your order carry the same batch number, and that nothing is damaged. Please tell us about any problem before you hang the wallpaper (see Returns & cancellations).
