Wallpaper Kingdom specifics
- Orders. When you check out we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number to process, deliver and support your order. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
- Custom designs. If you order a custom or made-to-measure design, the design file, preview and settings you send with your order are stored with your order so that we can print it and deal with any questions or faults.
- Room photos. Photos you upload to “See it on your wall” or our design-your-own builder are used only to create your preview. Room photos are processed by xAI, our AI image provider, to create the photo-real AI preview, and room photos and previews are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Designs you save to share are deleted after 30 days.
- Your basket. Your basket is saved in your own browser (local storage) on this device until you check out or remove the items.
