Terms and conditions

Wallpaper Kingdom (www.wallpaperkingdom.co.uk) is operated by Flair Furniture Limited, the company that also operates Bed Kingdom. Wallpaper Kingdom is a trading name of Flair Furniture Limited, Old Delivery Office, Oldfield Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0JD. Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 7536751. VAT No. GB121713455.

Orders placed on Wallpaper Kingdom are governed by the Flair Furniture Limited Customer Terms and Conditions, which apply to Wallpaper Kingdom orders in the same way as to Bed Kingdom orders, together with the wallpaper-specific terms below. Where the two differ, the wallpaper-specific terms below apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wallpaper-specific terms

  1. Made to order. Wallpaper is printed to order. Made-to-measure panels and designs created, uploaded, recoloured or rescaled by you using Design your own are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has started, or returned for a change of mind (see Returns & cancellations).
  2. Your designs and uploads. By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline to print any image.
  3. Colour and scale. Colours on screen vary between devices, and room previews and wall visualisations are illustrations only. Please order a free A4 sample to check colour, texture and scale.
  4. Quantities and measuring. The roll calculator is a guide. You are responsible for measuring your walls and ordering enough rolls; we recommend one extra roll. Rolls printed in separate orders may vary slightly in shade, so order everything for one room together.
  5. Check before hanging. Check all rolls on delivery and tell us about any fault before hanging. We cannot accept claims for wallpaper hung after a visible fault was found, or for labour or decorating costs.
  6. Delivery. Delivery charges and dispatch times are set out on our Delivery information page.
  7. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken by the methods shown at checkout.
