Professional hanging is quoted separately by decorators and varies by region, wall condition and pattern complexity – get several quotes.
What affects decorator quotes
Wall preparation, stripping old paper, ceiling height and stairwells, the number of cuts around windows and sockets, and large or half-drop repeats, which take longer to match.
How to save
Paper one feature wall rather than the whole room, choose a smaller repeat (less waste), and order a sample first so you only buy once.
